‘The Role of the OSCE and EU in Abkhazia’ (2011). Policy paper commissioned by Irish Government to prepare the Department of Foreign Affairs OSCE Taskforce for Ireland’s chairing of the 56-member Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in 2012. The paper was based on field research conducted in the de facto state of Abkhazia during 2011 as well as interviews conducted with officials in Vienna, Brussels, London, Tbilisi, and Moscow.

The paper was based on field research conducted following the presidential elections in the de facto state of Transnistria in January 2012.

The paper was based on field research conducted during the parliamentary elections in the de facto state of Abkhazia in March 2012.
